You get the price before the work, not after it. We do not bill by the hour and hope you stop watching the clock, and we do not discover a second problem halfway through that happens to double the invoice.
If we find something genuinely unexpected behind the wall, work stops and you get a new number to approve. That is the whole policy.
Before you call
- Do you charge for a diagnostic visit?
- Yes. There is a dispatch and diagnostic fee to get a licensed tech to your door and find the problem, and we tell you that fee when you book. Then you get the repair quoted in writing on the spot, and nothing else happens until you say go.
- How fast can you actually get here?
- Same day on most calls, and we run 24/7 for genuine emergencies: a burst line, a sewer backing up into the house, a water heater dumping into the garage. Our Anthem, Prescott and Flagstaff trucks are stocked to finish most jobs on the first visit rather than coming back tomorrow with the part.
- Are you licensed and insured?
- Licensed, bonded and insured in Arizona, with two active ROC licenses. Every tech on your property works for Liberty. We do not subcontract residential work out to whoever is free that day.
- What does a repair typically cost?
- It depends on the job, and anyone quoting you a firm number over the phone before seeing it is guessing. What we can tell you is the range, and we publish those ranges by job type so you can walk into the conversation knowing roughly where you stand.
